The Young and The Restless spoilers and updates tease that after Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) has a sexy bedroom adventure with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) she’ll decide to play it safe. She’ll waffle back to Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and realize he’s a much safer option than Adam.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – A Torn Heart
Sally’s been going through an awkward experience of falling for one brother while not quite over the other brother, falling for Nick almost instantly. She’s had a torn heart in the sense of a divided heart but she’s also experienced a heart broken by Adam, even though he’s since regretted it. Adam thought the right thing to do in order to keep Sally’s coveted job at Newman Media was to break up with her, so sexual favor gossip would not apply.
Adam was worried when their sister Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) took Newman Enterprises back from Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) who ultimately died, she’d fire Sally. Nick was worried Victoria would fire Sally as well, and she did, but both did what they could to prevent it; Adam’s even invited her to come to Jabot.
Y & R Spoilers – Return To Passion, Resolution To Move On
Adam, drunk at the time, proposed to Sally and then later came looking for her to apologize for the drunkenness, but not for his lingering love for her. Sally has been doing everything she could to get him out of her system, but this wasn’t helping and she admitted it. Adam comes looking for her again and she agrees to see him to talk things out with him, but things get very intense between them. They wind up falling in bed, and after the act is done, they have some passion out of their system but at least they get real. Adam says it doesn’t have to end between them but Sally says it does, and they do resolve things to be able to move on.

Sally acknowledges she and Adam made a big bad oops, especially when Nick walks in right after Adam walks out and what happened between them is obvious! She’s embarrassed and upset with herself over her weakness, and Nick’s a little perturbed but mostly he’s understanding; perhaps she needed that to get Adam out of her system. She will promise Nick that the bedroom mistake with Adam helped her realize that she really wants to be with Nick, and that he’s the safer option.
Nick might be a little hurt but he’ll try not to show it, because he doesn’t want to make things worse for Sally by making her feel guilty. He’s actually very smitten with her and he’s willing to give it a chance.

Sally makes me sick. Sleeping with both brothers minutes apart. Using both. I am really disappointed in Nick, the character he is playing is not the real Nick. What is wrong with him, he could have had any other woman but he went after Sally. Sally did the same to him. Who sleeps with one and after decide she wants the other. I hope she gets what she deserves and it is neither Newman. Nick needs to wake=up surely you are not desperate to have Sally after Adam. Should be ashamed you went after her in the first place. Are you going to follow her around now ever where she goes, afraid she will run in to Adam. Just a matter of time before she does that to Nick again. I like Nick but he will get what he deserves. Nick you could have had Sharon if you tried.
