The Young and The Restless Spoilers: Alyssa Montalvo Disappears – Billy Accuses Adam Of Being Responsible!

CBS The Young and The Restless spoilers tease that Alyssa Montalvo (Maria DiDomenico) will disappear in upcoming episodes, and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will accuse Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) of being responsible!

The Young And The Restless – Chelsea Lawson Bugs Lily Winters’ Office

Viewers will recall from last week, that Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) bugged Lily Winter’s (Christel Khalil) office at Chancellor Communications after talking to Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson). She made a pretense of getting the new media company to advertise her new fashion line, and Theo invited her over to the office. That gave Chelsea an “in” to plant the bug, which she placed on the back of a lamp.

The bug transmits to an app on her phone so she can hear everything that goes on in that office. However, Billy stepped in wondering why she was there, and she told him her cover story. Then, he also spoke to Theo for confirmation, but then Alyssa stepped into the room. Billy dismissed Theo and asked Alyssa to bring him up to speed on the exposé of Adam that they have planned.

Alyssa had been snooping around in Las Vegas, tracking down a rumor about Adam, then known as “Spyder” and Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz) having something to do with the disappearance of a man. Viewers should also recall that Adam killed the missing man in defense of Chance, who the man was trying to attack. Then Chance and “Spyder” covered it up.

Alyssa, angry at her childhood friend for killing her father, is bent on revenge. So is Billy, over the death of his and Chloe Mitchell’s (Elizabeth Hendrickson) daughter Delia Abbott (Sophie Pollono) who Adam accidentally ran over and killed.

Alyssa Brings Billy Up To Speed On Her Investigations Of Adam In Las Vegas

Alyssa told Billy that she had found the missing man’s wife. The wife was ready to go on record about her suspicions of what happened to her husband. Billy remarked how quick that was, but warns Alyssa how dangerous Adam is. He says it’s his duty to “warn mankind” about Adam and that he needs to be stopped. Billy mentions the darkness in Adam’s soul, and that it is contagious – Alyssa has had the same impressions. She tells Billy she can take care of herself after he suggests someone else should go toLas Vegas to interview the wife.

Little do they know that Chelsea is hearing every word they say at home! Adam comes downstairs, and asks what she’s listening to, and after some words over a text Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) sent Adam, they talk about it. Chelsea warns Adam of Alyssa and Billy’s collaborative plan to expose him for the murder in Las Vegas, and their plans to take him down! She downloads the app to Adam’s phone and then he continues listening and says Billy’s plans aren’t going to come out the way he expects!

Billy Gets Another Lead And Goes To Tell Alyssa

Before Alyssa leaves Genoa City for Vegas, Billy gets another lead on some incriminating evidence against Adam. He quickly rushes to her hotel room to find it empty. Spoilers do not reveal if her bags are missing or only her, but the latest weekly preview reveals that Adam brings his father Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) in on the situation. Billy immediately accuses Adam of being responsible for Alyssa’s disappearance! Adam laughs at him and denies any culpability. Adam then comes back at Billy with accusations of creating false stories about him to benefit ChancComm.

This, of course, only makes Billy even madder and more determined to destroy Adam. Billy tells Adam there would be no way that Alyssa would leave without telling him first, because of her determination to expose Adam and his sordid actions. Adam then tries to insult Billy, accusing him of wanting to publish an expose on him as clickbait for the new media company his mommy gave him! Billy reveals to Adam he knows about his killing AJ Montalvo (uncast character) as a child. Now Adam knows he has to stop Billy because their rivalry is becoming dangerous!
