Her half-sister, Imani (Leigh-Ann Rose) even took out a restraining order against her when she first tried to contact her biological mother.
Amanda’s mother Naya (Ptosha Storey) got pregnant with her and Hilary while in college and thought the father of her twins never knew they existed. Naya’s father wanted to keep it that way. This week Amanda learns even more about that man.

I'm struggling to get into the Amanda story, it's a bit repetitive and taking forever to get to the point. I am far more interested in Elana and what her future holds. I hope she won't be leaving for that new job offer.
I don't really like this story. It's boring. Amanda is boring. She was way more fun when she played Hilary. Now she's Hilary's opposite.
