Mishael Morgan Returns to the Airwaves

Y&R fans who were hoping we hadn’t seen the last Amanda after the Paris fiasco are in luck. Their favorite Y&R character returns to the airwaves on Friday, August 29. Do we smell a spicy Friday cliffhanger in the air?!

Amanda is back for a special assignment, one that could tie back to Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) blackmail plot. You didn’t think that Victor would go down without a fight did you?

Victor Pulls a Fast One

Victor has obtained the last will and testament of the wealthy older woman who owned Cane’s current chateau and vineyard. According to Victor, she was Colin Atkinson’s (Tristan Rogers) final mark.

It seems that Colin swindled this woman out of everything she had before helping Cane build his moguldom with dirty money. However, Cane has always maintained that he built his wealth from honest means.

Nonetheless, Victor threatens to expose this intel unless Cane partners with him and goes after Jabot.

Will Cane Surrender?

Cane expects his lawyer to whitewash the whole thing but if Victor’s claims are true, Cane will want to silence Victor.

He could threaten a lawsuit or have Amanda dig up Newman dirt to retaliate against Victor.

Cane’s shenanigans rarely unfold in a straight line however. There is every possibility that Cane tried to trap Victor by planting this evidence. Victor knows firsthand how slimy and unctuous Cane has become.

He was one of many who went to Cane’s chateau only to be held prisoner while three people died on the estate. You better believe Victor wants payback for this shabby treatment!

What Happens Next in Genoa City?
