The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Are Kyle And Summer Getting Boring Now?

The Young and the Restless spoilers show that Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) have been the young heart of the show for the last few years and their relationship has blossomed in front of our eyes. From back and forths to mix-ups with Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle) and Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson), they’ve managed to find a way to stay together.

Even through Kyle finding out that he has a son with Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner) and the drama that it brought with Ashland Locke (Robert Newman), they still continued to stand by each other and become one of the best couples in the show. However, some viewers are getting bored with their stories lately.

Summer and Kyle have been a fan favorite and a couple that everyone has loved, and even though there was a moment where Mealor left the show, and Hunter King was swapped out with Allison Lanier, people still loved them. Though, without any drama or back and forth, it feels like their relationship may be growing a little stagnant on The Young and the Restless.

There is even a conversation about Kyle asking Summer to marry him all over again… already. Not only does it seem too soon, but is this really all the stories they can provide from this great couple?

Y&R Spoilers – Is There Something Big On The Way?

There have been rumors of everything from a breakup to a new baby on the way and honestly, we just hope that something happens, because they have been relegated to the back burner a bit and there doesn’t seem to be anything exciting about it.

Ironically, soap fans want their favorite characters to just be happy and be together, yet when they do and there’s drama, they immediately turn on them. I’m guilty of this as well and it is frustrating knowing you can not have the best of both worlds.

I hope they have a baby or Theo Vanderway comes back, or Lola, just to stir up something because as much as we love watching them succeed and be happy, it doesn’t make for good television and soap drama. Give us the good stuff.
