When Victoria told Ashland about Billy’s threat, the villain was concerned. Ashland told Victoria that he had a visit of his own from Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). Even though Victoria thinks Billy won’t win a custody battle, Ashland doesn’t want to take that risk.

When Ashland told Victoria about the visit, the villain showed empathy toward Victor. It was something that fans really haven’t seen before, but it should be noted as it will come into play later.

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Victor and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) make a tough decision regarding Victoria. It is suggested that Victor could use the children against Victoria.

Billy might even join forces with Victor and Nikki to force Ashland out. Victor and Nikki know how much Victoria loves her children. However, they won’t allow Ashland to whisk Victoria away. They truly believe that they are acting in Victoria’s best interest.

Y&R Spoilers – Ashland Locke Proves Love

Ashland has already lost his own son, Harrison Locke (Kellen Enriquez). Ashland loves Victoria so much that he can’t bear for her to go through that kind of pain. If it comes down to Ashland or the children, the villain might push Victoria to choose her kids.

While Victor, Nikki, and Billy think they are protecting Victoria, they are weaponizing the children to do it. It’s quite ironic how the “threat” is the only one thinking about what’s best for the kids. It also shows that Ashland really does love Victoria. If he didn’t truly care about Victoria, he wouldn’t even be thinking about the children.
