Flashback… Victoria Newman, Ashland Locke, and Rey Rosales were each driving solo inside their own vehicles on the same county road. Rey Rosales suffers a sudden heart attack & loses control of his vehicle which unleashes a chain reaction. Ashland goes off the road as does Victoria, and Victoria’s vehicle starts on fire.

Thanks to the now named Ashland Locke, formally Bobby DeFranco before letting his friend burn to death & stealing his identity, Victoria Newman is still alive.

Yes, supposedly motivated by how he wasn’t able to save his best friend in his younger years from a fiery crash & then assumed his identity as Ashland Locke, he saved Victoria. Victoria was totally out of it & her car was on fire. Ashland got her out & brought her to safety.

Since Ashland Locke, now played by Robert Newman, saved Victoria sparks are flying.

It’s finally apparent that Ashland is still in love with Victoria. It’s apparent because of the passion, & how Robert Neman is finally carrying himself as Ashland Locke personally in addition to professionally.

Victoria is still in love with Ashland. Ashland is still in love with Victoria. They say, but they no longer need to. Y&R fans can see it.

Y&R Spoilers – To New York… & (Most Likely) Back To Genoa City On Y&R

Now that there are Y&R fans buying into Robert Newman as Ashland Locke & the love he has for Victoria, they are supposedly fleeing Genoa City to flaunt their love elsewhere.

Ashland has friends in New York and Victoria is excited about starting new personally & professionally with her previous husband there.

If Victoria and Ashland make it out of Genoa City without Victor Newman stopping them, how long will they make it elsewhere? Ashland’s ex-wife was put in jail in New York for something much less severe than anyone in Genoa City has had to spend time in the clink for.

What if Tara Locke is out if jail? What if she has already started a business? Perhaps Ashland is already in with Tara in another effort to bring down the Newman’s.

Victoria Newman has left Genoa City before, but never for long. If she does leave GC it will be in love, but her state of return is pending.
