The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Ashley Means Business – Jack Unprepared For Competition

The Young and the Restless spoilers document that Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) is determined to teach her brother a lesson. She went so far as to get engaged to Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John), and that was before she agreed to start a fashion business that will rival Jabot.

In recent years, Ashley agreed to merge the My Beauty company she founded in recent years with the family business. Devoted viewers recall Davidson’s character used the power of her fragrance patents to create that business that was based in Paris, France.

But Ashley and Tucker have no plans to leave town. They intend to make Simply Ashley, the name Tucker suggested, a powerhouse that is based in Genoa City, Wisconsin.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Jack Abbott’s Relationship Is Comparable

Ashley disagrees with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), as she is prone to do, whenever he counters her jabs about Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters). Jack cites Diane’s mental state during the years she was living as Taylor Jensen in Los Angeles, California, and the acceptance Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) offered as reasons why her rebirth is real.

Jack disagrees with Ashley’s re-coupling with Tucker. He sees her ex-husband as provably unrepentant and not having earned anyone’s trust, except hers.

However, both siblings are blind to what lies in each other’s hearts. Jack and Ashley still harbor hurt because Diane and Tucker cavorted while Ashley was married to the character then played by Stephen Nichols (Tucker).

Y&R Spoilers – Jabot Is Unsteady And Vulnerable

Ashley credits the Abbott patriarch and founder of Jabot, John Abbott (Jerry Douglas), as her main business influence. She has arguably demonstrated a steadier sense of the world as it is than Jackie, the dreamer.

Jack’s recent decision to accept Diane’s request, making her Jabot’s Chief Talent Officer, is highly questionable. Ashley and everyone on the inside knows Diane would have never become CTO, a subjective title among many similarly fluid monikers if she were not romantically attached to Jack.

The odds of Jack conceiving of having a CTO, without Diane’s suggestion that it be created, and she fills it, are as close to nil as possible.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Intent To Depose The King

Ashley has not been shy about courting Board support for Jack’s removal as Jabot’s co-Chief Executive Officer. She believes the CTO move, along with Kyle’s departure creates an opening.

Billy Abbott, serving as Jack’s chosen co-CEO, shares his sister’s misgivings. He could be in line to become the company’s sole leader if Ashley can garner enough Board support. That, along with Ashley’s new business venture means plenty of drama as the hot summer unfolds on Y&R.
