The Young and The Restless spoilers suggest that Ashley is worried about the fate of Jabot with Diane Jenkins’ (Susan Walters) name attached to the company. Will Ashley take matters to the board and boot Jack from the co-CEO position he now holds? After all, Ashley is perfectly capable of running the company.

Ashley could have another trick up her sleeve as well. Could Ashley bring Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John on board as well as take over? After all, Jack brought Diane on board and gave her a job, turn about is fair game, isn’t it? Tucker has good business sense in a lot of ways Perhaps this job will also help Tucker to mend things with Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) as well.

Y&R Spoilers – Diane Jenkins Is In Jail For Murder

Diane is Jack’s fiance and has been charged with murdering Jack’s ex-girlfriend, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford). Diane has tried to push Jack away but he refuses to go. The more Diane pushes him away the more Jack is pulled toward her. Diane doesn’t want to take Jack down with her but he will not hear of staying away.

Jack is determined to find a way to get Diane out of jail and there is no guarantee that he will stick to doing that legally. Jack may go to extreme measures to help Diane and this may prompt Billy to agree with Ashley. In the meantime, Ashley and Tucker have discussed running a business together before. Why would Ashley not just bring Tucker on board, if nothing else, than to annoy Jack?

Ashley has tried several ways to get Jack to see the reason about Diane. However, Jack refuses to listen because he is in love with her. Ashley has moved Tucker into the Abbott house as well to make a point. Ashley is growing closer to Tucker as time goes on. Tucker came to town to win Ashley back in the first place.
