The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Audra Foolishly Deceives Nate – Lily And Damian Are Bonding

The Young and the Restless spoilers document that Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) believes she can manage Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic). She’s making the same mistake by accepting the same about Victor Newman (Eric Braeden).

Nate cares about Audra and appears to either already be in love with her or is falling hard. Victor plays into Audra’s baser instincts by mining her thirst for revenge against Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), who scorned her.

Meanwhile, viewers see that Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) focuses a lot of energy on Damian Kane (Jermaine Rivers). If Nate’s newly realized brother proves to be a decent guy and not a deceiver, as Lily is convinced he is, she can couple with him.

Nate Hastings Deserves The Truth

Nate overlooked many glaring red lights when he decided to get to know Audra. He did so partly because of his recent dalliance with amorality.

Many in Genoa City, Wisconsin, including the unlikely contingent that includes Victor, Lily, and Devon Winters (Bryton James), don’t trust Audra. That put Nate in an interesting position because of his experience with Victor and the familial protection that Lily and Devon offered.

Months later, with Audra increasingly letting her guard down and revealing a softer side, she is being lured into a box. Victor is offering the pretense of a job but she needs to con Kyle to get it.

Audra hasn’t told Nate the full details of Victor’s offer, with that deception being ominous.

Audra Charles Remains Insecure

Everyone in GC uses defense mechanisms. Audra keeps her guard up because of what she’s described in her childhood and what happened with Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John).

She’s downplayed the connection with Holden Novak (Nathan Owens), another mistake. Nate was told they were together in the past but that their relationship wasn’t serious. Dominic’s character suspects otherwise but is convinced it doesn’t matter because he feels secure with Audra.

Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) rightfully told Audra she was surprised that Victor’s offer wasn’t rejected out of hand. Silver’s character used her unemployment as a front to justify considering it, which means she’s lying to herself to a certain degree.

Lily Winters Is Drawn To Damian Kane

Damian doesn’t appear to have a significant other, or at least that woman isn’t known. Assuming he’s single, Lily is a woman he liked at first sight.

Lily is single and hasn’t sought romance because of recent bumps in her career and personal life. But Damian projects as someone who could be her next love match.

Pairing this new cast addition with a daytime veteran looks smart. Rivers has already demonstrated his chops, and Khalil remains an enduring presence on the show. Hopefully, Damian doesn’t prove to be nefarious because he and Lily would be good soap.
