The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Nate Hastings Has Been Using Some Manipulation Tactics With Victoria Newman And Deceiving Her.
He pushed for Newman Media to merge with Adustus. He told Victoria it makes “business sense,” completely leaving out Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) blackmail scheme.
While Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) stopped the merger from happening, Victoria is starting to see red flags in Nate’s behavior.
She wants to trust him, but something about his behavior is off. She worries he could be coming for her job, and there’s no way she will allow that to happen.
Y&R Spoilers – Tucker McCall Warns Nate Hastings, Jr

Tucker McCall (Trevor St John) warned Nate about Audra. He told him that she may appear to be driven to succeed, but she is much more dangerous.
She is self-centered and only cares about her success. She will sell him out to get ahead. The worst part is that she appears sincere and authentic.
“That woman is a self-centered and vicious person,” Tucker said. “She will take control of whatever she needs to get what she wants, and she’s very good at it. And you won’t see it coming.”
Nate seemed to brush Tucker’s warning off. He refused to believe that Audra would betray him. He believes that she has his back and wouldn’t backstab him to get ahead. Of course, Tucker disagrees and urges Nate to see her as a threat.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers – Audra Charles Steals Nate Hastings, Jr’s Job
Audra sat down with Victor and impressed him. That is not easily done. Victor is often hard to connect with and even harder to impress.
He thinks she could have a bright future at Newman. With that being said, Victor has little faith in Nate. He doesn’t trust him and believes he is after Victoria’s job.
During the week of August 21, Victoria will test Nate’s loyalty. If he fails, Victoria and Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) could decide to fire Nate and name Audra the new COO of Newman Enterprises.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say that it is inevitable that Nate will destroy his personal and business relationship with Victoria. She is starting to see his true colors and is moving to distance herself from him.
