Sharon could tell how upset Tessa and Mariah were so she got them some coffee and they sat down to tell her about it. They told her that the meeting that they had with the adoption people did not go well at all…they turned us down flat. They so much wanted to adopt a baby and so they told the agent everything about their past. They wanted everything to be honest and above board.

After hearing their story, he told him that he would not help them. Sharon listened and advised them that it was their first meeting. They will make wonderful parents, anyone who knows them agrees, so don’t take that one person’s opinion and quit.

Y&R Spoilers – Never Say Never: New Options

Y&R spoilers hint that the two could be encouraged by Sharon’s optimism and she offered some options. She suggests that they sit down and honestly consider all of their options…and never say never if you really want a baby. They could apply for an international adoption, a private adoption, or even foster a child who is already in the system.

Tessa and Mariah could always carry their own baby. They could do artificial insemination with a donor sperm. Tessa and Mariah might look at each other and smile. Is that what they should do?

This duo might make the decision to have artificial insemination and to carry the baby. They don’t want the humiliation of being turned down again, and this way they would be in control of the whole process. Is artificial insemination the answer?

If this is the direction “Teriah” takes, they need to decide who will carry the baby. Since Mariah carried Dominic Newman-Abbott-Winters-Chancellor (Rainn and River Ware) last year and had the whole pregnancy experience, perhaps Tessa will carry this one. If so, who will they choose to be the baby daddy?

Mariah and Tessa both could agree that being able to choose some of the physical qualities this baby would have will be a plus. They might joke that having Tessa as the mother it will surely be beautiful and gifted musically as well.

Tessa and Mariah are still reeling from the disappointment they felt when the first agency tuned them down flat. Now they need to make some decisions that they can both live with. Will they ask Noah Newman (Rory Gibson) to be the baby daddy? Would this cause a whole new set of problems? Is he really over his feelings for Tessa? Or will this draw them back together?
