The Young and the Restless spoilers document that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) are bonding. Because Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) are no longer realistic romantic options, Billy and Sally are moving toward each other.

What initially began as commiserating about their now-former love interests is continuing, and it does not have to. Billy and Sally have no reason to stay in touch but are because of attraction.

Some part of each person wants to make Chelsea and Adam pay. What better way to do this than to form a pairing as a form of payback?

When Chelsea returned from Baltimore, Maryland, she was guilt-ridden. She wanted to tell Billy immediately what had happened in hopes of saving their relationship.

But Adam’s influence, which remains strong after all these years, prevailed. He convinced Chelsea to maintain their story. So, she went along with the lie that Adam spoke harshly to Chelsea due to the stress that Connor Newman’s (Judah Mackey) diagnosis created.

The truth was forced out weeks later, and Billy eventually decided that he could not get past it. Sally’s response was immediate and direct. She told Adam to get lost and has not regretted doing so.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Adam Newman Is Like His Father

Being compared to a man that everyone admires would make the subject header quite the compliment. However, as Diane Abbott (Susan Walters) recently told Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), his friends fear him.

The Moustache is known as ruthless. His despicable behavior and actions are legendary. He might be behind bars or worse if this were the real world.

But in Genoa City, Wisconsin, Victor is free to roam the land and regularly attack others, including family and supposed friends attack others, including family and supposed friends, with regularity.

Adam is a soapy chip of pop’s block, as he’s derisively referred to his father in the past. However, Adam did tell Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) that Victor does look out for his best interests.

Billy sees only the bad in Victor. Thompson’s character has and never will get past Adam covering his accidental hit and run of Delia Abbott (Sophie Pollono), with that open-ended storyline never truly being resolved.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Billy Abbott And Sally Spectra Are Paired?

It would be very juicy to see Billy and Sally connect. They were not attracted to each other in the traditional sense. However, a spite union could be the basis of what would be a ballyhooed pairing.

The reactions of Adam and Chelsea, with Adam almost assuredly responding to a greater degree, would be worth the watch. Considering the acumen of all actors involved, this could also be the start of a tantalizing couple’s rivalry on Y&R.
