Billy’s obsession with Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) continues to be ongoing. He works for his live-in girlfriend Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) on Chesnut Street. On Chesnut Street in the same complex, he shared housing with his live-in girlfriend Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) at that time.

Billy Boy still loves Victoria & she’s obviously otherwise occupied. Living with Lily Winters is another experience almost as boring as Billy’s own podcast.

Alternatively, Billy has committed to onboarding the biological mother of his son Johnny Abbott to make his podcast much less boring. It’s apparent Chelsea Lawson is only after married or otherwise attached men in Genoa City, particularly those that take breaks in Chancellor Park.

Whatever happened to the Billy we used to love and enjoy, that charming screw up we couldn’t help rooting for. This Billy is boring and depressing. I didn’t think his story could get any worse, and then some genius came up with the ultimate, depressing podcast. Y&R should had out anti depressants to fans if they need to keep us fans watching.
