Jesse was scheduled to meet with Ashland, who was going to pay him a handsome sum of money in order to maintain his silence about whatever secret Bobby has been hiding. It feels like more than a name change caused an annual three-hundred thousand dollar blackmail payment to be made.

Ashland told Victor that Jesse would not be satisfied with whatever amount Victor paid him. Braeden’s character replied, saying he recognized that aspect of Jesse’s character and was having him closely monitored.
But Jesse’s greed and Billy’s prior offer to pay him off could come into play. Billy was shown a written figure of five-hundred thousand dollars in response to the much lesser offer Thompson’s character made.
So, it stands to reason that Jesse would be inclined to contact Billy and sell him Ashland’s story. Billy is sure to buy that needed information if it is offered.

Victoria, like her father, could stomach some horrible moments from Ashland’s past. But she would not be inclined to overlook current amoral actions Ashland might make.
So if Ashland has Jesse handled or does something that puts Billy’s life at risk, then Victoria’s love will be jeopardized. It would be ironic if Billy’s persistence, which Victoria has been strongly opposed to, leads to Ashland being baited.
Billy believes Ashland is the wrong man for Victoria. Billy also believes that Ashland is a threat to their children’s stability.

Y&R needs to bring Chance back for Y&R Chancellor roots. I know the show started off with the Brooks and others, but Chancellor became the hub of the show. Would be wonderful if Chance took over the predominance of his grandmother
I wonder if this Bobbie dude could be the driver of the car that killed Delia?
That was Adam.
I have never thought it was Adam that killed Delia. But this new character, Jesse Gaines, would be a good. He has already been introduced as a blackmailer and a liar. This would give Adam a real fresh new start in his life. Billy Boy Abbott and Chloe could stop blaming Adam for their mental issues. Since the writers will never arrest Chelsea and Chloe for their crime of trying to kill Rey. This would help to rid Adam of being a child killer.
I think he was driving the car that killed Bobby he should pay for it
It was an accident, plus this was his best friend.
We'll find out if there is a wedding or if there isn't one so its hard to say.
Billy was just trying to save his ex from making a biggest mistake of her life if
she married that scum Ashland. He doesn't want her back, is with Lily.
