The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Billy’s Jabot Power Move, Jack Asks His Brother To Replace Adam As Co-CEO?

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will make a power move during the week of February 20. It sounds like this scoop could be related to work. Could Billy want to return to the corporate world?

Billy has been struggling to find his way since he left Chancellor-Winters. He wanted to find a position that would give him a sense of purpose. He admitted that he felt like an outsider at CW, resulting in him becoming bored with acting as Lily Winters’ (Christel Khalil) COO. He left CW to find a bigger purpose in a position outside the corporate world. The Y&R fans wonder what the writers have planned for Billy, especially with the newest spoiler revealing that Billy makes a power move.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers—Billy Abbott Nixed The Podcast Idea

Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) wanted to start a podcast about mental health issues. Billy wasn’t on board with the idea, fearing Genoa City residents would hear the podcast and judge Chelsea for her struggles. It seems the podcast idea is not happening, so Y&R must have something else planned for Billy.

The Young And the Restless - Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson)

It’s possible that Billy might conclude that he wasn’t in the wrong career; he was working for the wrong company. Billy and Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) have a complicated relationship, so his desire to leave CW could be related to working with his mother.

Y&R Spoilers—Billy Abbott Is Focusing On Family

Billy has focused on family more since he left Chancellor-Winters. He spends time with Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) and Johnny Abbott (Paxton Miskind) often and co-parents with Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle).

With Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) quitting the Jabot Co-CEO position, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will need a replacement. Billy might decide that with Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) fighting, he needs to return to Jabot to help Jack with the family business. It’ll help matters that Billy was open to forgiving Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) for her mistakes and had nothing bad to say about Jack’s new leading lady.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Billy might not stay long in the Jabot co-CEO chair, but it would give Jack time to find a permanent replacement.
