I have to say, making Victor Billy’s biological father would be one of the most outrageous twists Y&R could pull off.

Can you imagine Billy discovering that the man he’s spent years fighting is actually his father?

But there’s one enormous problem: Victoria!

Billy and Victoria were married, and they have children together. I find it hard to believe Jill would knowingly allow that marriage to happen if she knew they were brother and sister.

That’s why I’m not entirely convinced this theory would work, even by soap opera standards.

I’d love to see Jill return with a devastating secret, but I hope the writers have something more believable planned.
