The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Cane & Lily Face Flood Of Matt Shockers, Holden Blows Up Victor’s Scheme?

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) have some stunning news in their future.

Cane is already staying on guard when it comes to Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) and his agenda since it’s obvious this guy is doing Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) dirty work.

Of course, Matt is trying to convince Cane that he’s just a former Kansas horse wrangler who’s lost and looking for a new direction in life.

Matt even threw in all that talk about caring for his dying father as a way to connect with Cane, but Cane sees through his act so far.

Y&R spoilers suggest that trend could continue, especially if Cane gets some intel on Matt’s past. Holden Novak (Nathan Owens) knows about Matt’s history as “Mitch Bacall” and the fact that he was married to Noah Newman’s (Lucas Adams) current girlfriend, Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun) for years.

Holden has presumably heard a lot of the horrific Matt details as well, but even the “Mitch” intel could be enough to blow up Victor’s scheme.

Some digging online could lead Cane to the rest of the story and confirm his suspicions that Victor is up to no good.

Since Lily hired Cane to be the CEO of Chancellor and is rekindling her romance with him, she’ll be tangled up in all this, too.

Holden may still feel some sense of loyalty to Cane as his former boss, and he’ll certainly feel obligated to look out for his new sister.

Lily and Holden are already starting to form a sibling bond, so he’ll want to protect her from whatever Victor is cooking up. Cane and Lily are in this together, so they may face a flood of Matt shockers eventually.

Holden could play a crucial role in unlocking Matt’s past, which could give Lily and Cane critical information as they prepare to fight back.

Naturally, this could complicate things in Holden and Claire Newman’s (Hayley Erin) budding relationship. If Holden ruins Victor’s Matt plot, Victor may hold a grudge and do everything in his power to keep Holden away from Claire.

Regardless, The Young and the Restless spoilers hint that Holden could get involved in all the Matt drama, so stay tuned.
