Speaking to Soaps in Depth in a new interview, the beautiful blonde says that there is only one rule that she has with her two daughters, Olivia and Sophie. And luckily for everyone, it’s a very simple one.

The actress told the publication, “Our tradition is just being together, spending some quality time with one another. They are both at fun ages right now – 2 and 4. They love parties and to paint my nails. I am sure we will have a manicure and tea party to celebrate on Mother’s Day.”

When it comes to her special holiday, Melissa also added that she knows there will be plenty of hand-made mementos that she will cherish for years to come. That’s because her two girls are very creative when it comes to homemade arts and crafts. She added, “I love when they help me back something and make me cards. It’s so cute! The cars they make are my most treasured gifts.”

Currently, Melissa has been in coronavirus quarantine with her two daughters and her husband, former soap star Justin Gaston. She’s also been documenting a lot of the things they’ve been doing as a family on her social media accounts.
