Sharon dealt with the intense grief that came from Rey’s sudden lose. She demonstrated that her mental health struggles were behind her in doing so.

Chance projects as a potential match for Sharon because of the bond they shared. This would be an intriguing coupling to explore if TPTB are in the process of doing so.

Floyd’s character has been in need of a change in direction. He is a good actor, like Ordway. Pairing him with Case, a longtime cast stalwart, would provide the audience with a fresh take on Y&R.
