Y&R spoilers reveal that Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) got violent with Ashland when he went after Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle). Nick didn’t mean for Ashland to hit his head but that is what happened. Not only did Ashland hit his head but Nick thinks he killed the villain.
Victoria and Nick both checked for a pulse but didn’t find one. Naturally, the siblings assumed that Ashland was dead. While debating over whether to call the cops, Nick contacted Chance. When they went back to the scene of the crime, though, Ashland was gone.

Just as Chance arrived, Victor also showed up. Victoria was surprised and asked Victor what he was doing there. Victor claimed he was just checking on Victoria. However, the timing is suspect.

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Chance took down the details of Victoria and Nick’s story. Victor listened and mentioned to Chance that Nick was simply defending Victoria. Chance said that is what it seems but implied he needed to either get Ashland’s side or look at the body. As fans know, the body suddenly vanished and nobody knows if Ashland is dead or alive.
Y&R Spoilers – Moral Crisis?
It is teased that Ashland might have been alive when he snuck out of Victoria’s house. After all, dead bodies don’t just walk away and the French doors weren’t closed all the way. However, he could die later. There is a chance that despite Victoria and Nick’s story, certain evidence could pop up that makes it seem like murder rather than self-defense.

It is teased that Victor will go to extremes to protect Victoria. So, it sounds as if Nick might not be accused of murder, but Victoria could. The police might accuse Nick of covering for Victoria. If this happens, Victor might ask Chance to tamper with evidence or alter his report in some way.
