The friendship between the two women has been altered now that Chloe knows Chelsea was the one responsible for Rey Rosales’ (Jordi Vilasuso) poisoning. Chloe was also appalled to learn that she unwittingly is an accomplice in Chelsea’s scheme.
Although, Chelsea is confident her plan to frame Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) for Rey’s poisoning will go off without a hitch. However, her plan may have a hiccup now that some people are casting their suspicions towards Chelsea.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Chloe Unnerved By Victor’s Visit
Unbeknownst to Genoa City residents, Chelsea is fully recovered from her stroke. However, she’s continuing the premise that she’s paralyzed, and making small steps in her recovery. No one would suspect she’d be the one responsible for almost killing Rey.
However, Adam believes his wife may be the one framing him. In order to clear his name, he’s turning to Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and his father Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). With their help, Adam’s hoping to capture evidence of his innocence.

Although, he and Adam had their issues in the past, Victor will do anything to protect his son. With Chelsea threatening to destroy Adam’s life, Victor pays a visit to his daughter-in-law. Victor warns her that if she doesn’t confess, then he’ll make sure her punishment is severe.
While Chelsea was unfazed by Victor’s visit, Chloe’s panic has increased. Chloe knows what type of man Victor is and is afraid of what he’ll do if he finds out was in on the scheme. Realizing that Chelsea put her in jeopardy, Chloe makes the decision to end their friendship, and walks out.

Chelsea may be confident she’ll away with everything, but her plan’s hit a snag now that Chloe’s walked out.
Chloe holds all the cards in deciding Chelsea’s fate. Although, Chloe too has a lot to lose if she goes to the police, she can’t let Chelsea get away with this. Chelsea hurt a lot of people with her scheme, and Chloe’s conscience can’t rest knowing her friend’s on a path of destruction.

However, with Chelsea being the con that she is, she may turn the tables on her friend. With Victor and the cops breathing down her neck, Chelsea will have to find a way to cover her tracks. In order to protect herself, she’ll unleash the ultimate betrayal by framing Chloe.
Chelsea will use Chloe’s hatred towards Adam in her quest to remain out of jail. Chelsea will claim Chloe had plenty of motive, and she was the one who stole the items from Sharon’s house. Chelsea will pretend she’s a victim, while Chloe’s the evil mastermind who hurt Rey.
No matter how this story goes, it’s obvious Chelsea and Chloe’s friendship is finished.
