Chloe helped her set up Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) for poisoning Rey, but will breaking up Sharon and Rey so Chelsea can go after him be too much to ask?

Chelsea feels like Rey is someone who won’t judge her for her past, and feels like he really, really cares about her, but can she get that bond to be beyond one of friendship? Viewers of The Young and The Restless will recall that Chloe recently saw a warm moment between Chelsea and Rey at Crimson Lights, and saw a connection.

Viewers of The Young and The Restless will recall that Chloe didn’t look worried about Chelsea and Rey’s connection, she actually appeared pleased, but maybe she saw it as Chelsea interacting with someone in a much healthier way than usual. No doubt seeing Rey being so compassionate to his former poisoner may have impressed Chloe as well, seeing he is such a forgiving and kind guy, even though what she took their connection with was just platonic friendship.

Longtime viewers of The Young and The Restless will remember that Chloe has been trying to get Chelsea disconnected from her unhealthy back and forth, push and pull, relationship with Adam for many years. Not to mention she still blames Adam for the death of her daughter with Billy Abbott, (Jason Thompson) Delia Abbott (Sophie Pollono) – it has never been proven that Adam intentionally ran her over but her corneas being available for Conner Newman (Judah Mackey) seemed convenient! It’s not like Chloe isn’t happy that Conner is able to see, but the timing of her little one’s death just seemed suspect, not to mention Adam disappearing and faking his death afterwards!
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – No Plan On How, But Chloe Mitchell Might Say Yes
Viewers of The Young and The Restless know that Chelsea hasn’t come up with a plan on how to break up Sharon and Rey, but Chloe might just say yes – and when Chelsea and Chloe get their brains together, a fantastic plan might come to mind! Viewers of The Young and The Restless will remember that Chelsea knows Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) pretty well, in fact she was involved with him before she went back with Adam a couple of years ago.
Nick and Sharon were each other’s first spouse, and share Noah Newman (Rory Gibson) and Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster) as their children, and he recently went through a bad breakup with Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) for no apparent reason. If Chloe and Chelsea can play their matchmaking cards just right, they may be able to have Sharon and Nick ripe for rebound at the same time and push them together while Chelsea goes for Rey!

Chelsea character turned into a
Witch. Wrong! Wrong!
Chloe??! Very low in both!
Very soapy but a little sad. Gives the crazy BFF friendship some drama and Rey and Sharon definitely need to be going in some direction. I hope the writers are keeping a further reaching stories in mind though. They have a tendency, especially with Chelsea to just write something and then further down the line have to write another story ignoring her previous actions and hope fans will forget because they don't know really how to make a come back. Chelsea again working for Lauren for example. I hope the writers think it through this time. However looking forward to how this might play out.
Sick and tired of this evil Chelsea close the books on her and let her struggle so disappointed she's back from maternity leave she aloud have stayed home and looked after her baby
Instead of locking Chelsea and Chloe up for trying to kill Rey for the first time, they now want to have Rey and Chelsea as lovers. This is soap is getting crazier every day. I wish they would hook them up and then she could really kill him off. He needs to go to Miami with his family any way.
