Y&R spoilers reveal that Chelsea is Johnny’s biological mother. In 2020, Chelsea fought for visitation rights. However, Billy made it clear that Victoria was Johnny’s only mother. This led to Chelsea dropping the fight to get visitation.
As fans know, Chelsea has worked really hard to get her mental health under control. Even though Chelsea still struggles, she has come a long way. Others have noticed how hard Chelsea is trying, including Billy.

Currently, Chelsea has decided to step away from the fashion industry and all the opportunities that go along with it. However, Billy will offer Chelsea a job working on his podcast. Chelsea will consider the job offer and it sounds like she takes it.
However, don’t expect Chelsea to just be focused on business. Likewise, Billy isn’t only thinking about the podcast when he brings Chelsea on board.

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Egan teased to Soap Opera Digest that Chelsea’s new venture could get her closer to Billy. Not only will Billy and Chelsea connect personally and professionally, but they both feel like outsiders right now. Plus, Chelsea suggested that Johnny and Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) could spend some time together.
It is suggested that Billy might offer Chelsea a bigger role in Johnny’s life. Of course, Chelsea would jump at this opportunity and would be grateful for it. However, what will Victoria say about it?

Victoria will likely battle Billy’s move with Johnny. First of all, something like that should be discussed with Victoria. So, she won’t appreciate Billy making these decisions without her input or approval.
Billy might fight back and say that Chelsea just wants to connect with her biological son. Billy might even bring up that Chelsea has been struggling with Rey Rosales’ (Jordi Vilasuso) death and bonding with Johnny might be good for her mental health.
If the soap goes in this direction, it will set up a brand new drama for Billy, Victoria, Chelsea as well as Lily Winters (Christel Khalil). So, what will be the outcome? We will have to keep watching the CBS soap to find out.

It’s about time Chelsea showed at least some interest in Jonny. It was always difficult to believe she could live in such close proximity and almost never give him a second thought. I hope it doesn’t get too out of control like the Dom situation though because its not like she’s been that invested unlike Devon has been
