Y&R spoilers remind fans Mariah has been having issues with her wife, Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks). While she’s warned Tessa over and over again that Ian is not someone who can be trusted, Tessa seems to have bought into the psychopath’s manipulation of being a changed man.
In fact, Tessa and Mariah fought about this during the Thursday, January 23 episode. Y&R spoilers suggest that Tessa and Aria Copeland-Porter (Maddie & Millie Ingle) will go missing the week of January 27-31, and Ian is likely behind this.
If Tessa opened the door to their family home to allow for the kidnapping, this entire incident could be the very thing that cracks the foundation of the Teriah romance. Especially since Tessa essentially placed Aria’s life at risk by letting Ian in.

Claire and Mariah could find themselves turning to each other in the aftermath of Jordan and Ian’s return (and departure). They may just become better friends.
However, if Tessa and Mariah break up, and Claire finds herself growing distant from Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), could Mariah and Claire develop a romance?
Tessa and Mariah were both with men before they developed feelings for each other, so could Claire find herself in the same circumstance?
She’s only really been with Kyle, so perhaps, given the opportunity to explore other options (something she’d never be able to do when she was under Jordan’s thumb), will she gravitate romantically toward Mariah?
What if Mariah is the one who ends Ian’s reign of terror by killing him? Could Claire then confide in Mariah that she poisoned Jordan?

Perhaps the only person who wouldn’t judge Claire is Mariah at this point, so could they bond over their twisted childhoods and how they put an end to their abusers?

No,no,no,no,no,no,no,no,no,no,no,no, blood gutted pus spewing hell NO!!!! Just stop already let her and Kyle explore their romance there is no realistic reason to even contemplate that scenario. Would you have Mariah turn to another man after being married to Tessa? No. So why try to gin up a replacement rebound formulate a love triangle between these characters, it’s just gratuitous pandering after a certain point. And while we’re at it quit making Tessa so dense when it comes to Ian I could almost see it if he had saved Aria but Tess would not be so inconsiderate of Mariah’s feelings knowing how she views Ian, hell at one point given how she was acting I actually entertained the idea that she might be working with Ward, she seemed so callous towards Mariah, and practically fawning over Ian, she has more common sense than this, c’mon writers quit phoning it in.
