The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) invited Claire Grace (Hayley Erin) to go to Paris. Claire turned it down at first because she knows how Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) will react.
However, Kyle deceived Claire and claimed he will be busy with meetings and needs someone to watch Harrison Abbott (Redding Munsell).
Plus, Kyle already got Harrison excited for the trip, so Claire is pressured to accept the invitation. However, could Claire’s evil side be unleashed over international waters?
Kyle Abbott’s Paris Trip
Y&R spoilers reveal that Kyle has to go to Paris with Audra Charles (Zulyeka Silver). The trip for Glissade isn’t something Kyle and Audra are excited about.
Audra loves her new job, but isn’t excited about traveling with Kyle. Meanwhile, Kyle isn’t too thrilled at having to be around Audra either.
Y&R Spoilers: Summer Newman’s Attack
Kyle was on the phone making travel arrangements when Summer overheard. Instead of minding her own business, she decided to make things worse. Summer blew up at Kyle in a public place over him going to Paris with Audra.
While it is a business trip, Kyle and Audra do have a romantic history. So, of course Summer is assuming the worst.
At the same time, she is no longer in a relationship with Kyle. Summer was talking about Audra’s stepmother potential when there isn’t even a romance going on!
Claire Grace Tempted
The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that all Summer’s attack did was compel Kyle to make yet another rash decision. Kyle threw the bio card in Summer’s face, which wasn’t fair.
Then, Kyle suggested he would take Harrison and Claire to Paris with him. Kyle already knows that Summer has been insecure about Claire, so that wasn’t very fair either.
Then, Kyle rushed home to invite Claire to Paris. Kyle lied to Claire, which has her tempted to change her “no” answer.
In fact, it is teased that later in the week, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) encourages Claire to travel outside of her comfort zone. So, it sounds like Claire will end up going to Paris with Kyle and Harrison.
The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Evil Side Unleashed?
Claire trusts Kyle so if she finds out he deceived her to launch an attack on Summer, she will be furious. Claire made it clear she didn’t want to be weaponized. Claire has also been weaponized her whole life by Jordan (Colleen Zenk).
So, Kyle might not have had bad intentions, but the damage to Claire is the same. This one little act of deception could remind Claire about Jordan’s hold on her. It could also have Claire so pissed off that her evil side is unleashed.

I’m just waiting for Claire to crack and her evil side come out ! Can’t stand Claire ! Please do something with that slick against her scalp hair
I like the character of Claire and I think the actress who plays her is very good and believable. I do agree though that the as actress I’d in desperate need of a new hairstyle. She has a very high forehead and that parted down the middle stick straight look is very unbecoming. A new hairstyle could change the whole direction of the character. Example: when Hope on Bold and Beautiful got her new bob hairstyle, it made her character go from mousy to interesting. The actress who plays Hope looks a million times better with the shorter bob than she did with the straight dishwater blonde long hair. They need to do this for the girl who plays Claire. They need to add highlights, bangs, and lose some of the length and add some layers. She could be hot if only they would let her.
Kyle needs to be taken down. He is far too cocky and self absorbed to be tolerated any longer. If Claire is the one with it in her to get rid of Kyle, I say BRING IT ON
Claire evil side. Give me a break. Why do everyone has to have an evil side? If so, makes it be Summer or her mother. Can’t stand neither
Exactly!! about Claire having an evil side everybody does not have to be evil. I don’t care for Summer, I like Phyllis, but sometimes she needs to stay out of her adult children life.
Omg, Please let Claire have some good and safe time in Paris with Kyle and Harrison, Leave her evil side Well and Truly Dead. I like her relationship with Harrison and that it passes Summer off, she’s ridiculous! DON’T EVEN MENTION JORDAN TO CLAIRE, SHE DOESN’T NEED REMINDING, SHE DESERVES TO BE HAPPY AFTER ALL THE EVIL JORDAN PUT HER THROUGH.
“Kyle threw the bio card” in Summer’s face, which wasn’t fair. Wasn’t fair? I am so sick or Summer making demands on Kyle about Harrison who isn’t his mother in any way shape or form. If she takes Kyle to court, I hope he wins and Summer takes a hike. Is it just me or does Summer have any clothes in her closet that are NOT brown? She needs color. Everybody needs color in the spring and summer at least. It makes her look frumpy.
Claire should be giver the chance she deserves but you can see that her psych is paper thin so Kyle is going to find out the repercussions of revenge he himself may lose alot
I hope someone puts Kyle in his place soon. He’s such a spoiled brat. I hate that he’s using Harrison and Claire to piss off Summer. Summer can be over dramatic but Kyle is only thinking about himself here. Instead of hurting Summer, Harrison is the one that’s going to suffer. And don’t forget Summer and Claire are Victor’s granddaughters so after Kyle is no longer useful to Victor, he might just get the rude awakening he deserves.
Yes I like Clair n I don’t want her to become evil. She is a great character n love the story line between her n Harrison. I just want her to stand her ground n be happy at least for awhile. Let her make friends.
[…] Claire’s style is often too juvenile for her age, and it’s about time the show gives her a more mature look-although she doesn’t have to emulate Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford). […]
