While the Newman family seems so confident of Claire’s reformation, they might be missing some serious red flags.

Right now, everyone is gushing about how wonderful Claire is. Claire has the support of most of the Newman family. This includes Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), Nikki, and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle). Even Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) advocated for Claire to Summer Newman (Allison Lanier).
Now Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) is starting to gush about Claire, too. In soaps, that is usually a sign that Claire could turn another corner.

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Summer’s instincts kept telling her to keep Claire away from Harrison Abbott (Redding Munsell). Even though Claire was a victim too, perhaps there is a reason why Summer didn’t want to give her a chance.
Now Summer is allowing Claire to watch Harrison on a trial basis. While everyone is talking about how wonderful Claire is, could there be something else going on?
The more rules and double standards that Claire observes from the Newman family, the more she might question her decision. At some point, Claire might even start to see what Jordan had been ranting about all those years.

It seems Claire is too good to be true. Claire is just too nice, especially when people bring up her past. So, could Claire end up doing another 180? Will everyone regret giving Claire the benefit of the doubt so soon?
I don’t think Claire would intentionally harm or endanger a child. However, I do think that Claire might be more of a “well-intentioned schemer.” One who doesn’t realize the ripple effect of their actions.
Think of someone like Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford)! Maybe Claire and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) are more alike than they think.
Do you believe Claire is too good to be true? Could Claire end up going back to scheming? If so, Jordan might suspect she can get back her pawn.

I like the character Claire. I do think she is just a tad too sweet and good. Hopefully she will continue to develop, remain nice and kind, but not quite so saccharine. The actress is super and I hope she stays for a long run with Y&R.

I do not believe that she is all this goodness and light. She also changed too quickley. I think she have worked more on hwrself before bringing her around thatvlittle boy. I think she will have a setbck soon and the little boy will suffer.
I’m getting tired of it as well. I’ve been watching for decades but the Claire and Jordon story is getting to be way too much. Leave it alone. Plus stop with the Ashley story as well as let Connor start to improve. I get how the Connor story is there to help others but is gone too far. It’s a soap and we need to see the improvement by now. Is he coming back as an adult. It’s too much.
I always thought Claie turned to good to be true so soon. She could have used more treatment. As for her mother…that’s another story…I believe Summer is on the right track with her and as for her ex she needs to leave him alone. Phyllis is a great actress and I love her schemes. So happy for her winning her daytime award.
Please enough with making Claire revert back to being vengeful against her family. A better story line would be for her to compete with her mom to run the family empire. Plus have a power couple like Claire and someone because Victor cannot be staying for too much longer due to his age. The writers need to be thinking future, not present. Set the script up for fans to still want to be watching the show.
Leave Clair as a nice girl. Would like to see Clair and Chase get together. Summer needs to be put in her place, brought down a notch or two. Phyllis too, for being uncalled for rude to Clair. Guess Victor will always rule but Niki needs to put him in his place about Jack. Victor also needs to let go of his grudge against Cole and Michael. Let Cole, Victoria, and Clair live happy. Niki too — no relapse. Jack needs to defend hisself and put Diane in her place, turn it around on her and dont let her come back home right awsy. Maybe let all current story lines end happy ever after and start on new ones.
Let’s hope they allow this character to be a tiny light otherwise there’s absolutely nothing else positive on this show nothing to the point it’s depressing to watch and the actors deserve better story telling than this
