The build-up and anticipation of “Summance” have been stellar. Just enough to leave fans wanting more, but not so drawn out that they lose interest (Sorry, “Ally” shippers). In any case, what is going through Chance’s head regarding Summer?
Based on Conner Floyd’s interview, it sounds like fans will have to wait a while longer for the dynamic to turn fully romantic.
Even though Chance and Summer share a close moment after the Sharon bombshell, they do NOT kiss.
“I think it’s one of those things where they’re going to take it slow. They’re not going to jump into anything.”
The actor added,
“… It’s already a ‘more than a friendship’ thing, and they see the potential of shifting gears. I think Chance has found a relationship with Summer that he didn’t really know what it was at the time, but now it’s blossoming.”
