The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Daniel Goddard (Cane Ashby) might not be on the CBS soap anymore. However, he is still very much connected to his fans and followers. He recently announced that he is excited about some news and can’t wait to share it with everyone. Could this be regarding a new gig for the actor?

Y&R alum Goddard has a ton of fans that follow him on social media. Just because he’s not on the soap anymore doesn’t mean he has lost his popularity. For the actor, it is quite the opposite as people are very interested in his special announcement.

While he didn’t give any clues as to what it could be, he did announce when and how he would share the exciting news.

The actor explained that he is beyond excited and the big announcement would be made on Facebook Live. It will happen during the week of May 3. He asked his fans to go ahead and send any questions they would like him to answer. So, it sounds like he’s going to do a Q&A at the same time!

Goddard also said that while it’s wonderful they are still invested in him as an actor, he is also interested in their lives.

Y&R Spoilers – Cane Ashby’s Exit

Goddard snagged the role of Cane on Y&R in 2007. His last appearance was in 2019 when he was written out during a storyline that involved his on-screen father, Colin Atkinson (Tristan Rogers).

There is reason to believe that Goddard might be announcing a new project. His IMDB page hasn’t been updated yet. But we will soon find out what this exciting news he has to share. So far, over 230,000 fans have liked his official Facebook page. On Twitter, his follower count is over 350,000 and on Instagram, there are over 130,000 accounts that follow his posts.
