The Young and the Restless spoilers show that while Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) has been able to return to Genoa City relatively harmlessly, minus the constant assault from Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), she may still have more on her plate to deal with.
While Diane has been able to reconnect with her son, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), and even tease a possible romance with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) after all of these years, some are wondering if her past is going to come back to bite her.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Famous Reporter Talia Morgan
With Talia Morgan (Natalie Morales) in town and doing some snooping, many think that she will, in fact, be able to find something on Diane that she thought she had left behind in Los Angeles. While she has been walking on her toes around the city claiming to be investigating the death of Ashland Locke (Robert Newman), I think we all know better.
We think that Talia has not only found a link to her past but has made contact and they will be reaching out to Diane shortly with some news. This could lead into our next point with our mystery casting!

It has been announced that ‘One Live To Live’ veteran Trevor St. John will be coming to Genoa City this fall. He is best known for his 10-year run as Tod Manning/Victor Lord Jr. but will be coming to Y&R in a secret role. Is this the mystery person from Diane’s past that will be reaching out?

We suspect Talia will be searching for dirt on Diane, only to run into this unknown person and afraid, they will begin messaging Diane frantically about what is going on before coming to Genoa City himself. Or to make things worse, maybe Diane wronged him in the past and he’ll want to come back for revenge!
The only question then will be, who will Diane run to? Will she be able to trust Jack enough at that point or will he be quick to turn her in as she “returns to her old ways”? I’ve been pulling for Diane and Jack, and I kind of hope this won’t spell bad news for her.

Please do not let Jack fall for Diane AGAIN!!! Come on he’s supposedly in love with Phyllis and now they will have him fall in love with Diane really??? This is bs. Diane is up to something as she always was. And she wants Jack back at any cost. If Jack is that stupid, then they deserve each other. For a smart business man, he would sue be stupid. Don’t do it please. I will deviated stop watching again if he falls for Diane now when he’s in love with Phyllis. Pathetic grrrrr
I agree, I don’t want him with Diane.
I would like to see Jack be the smart character he is supposed to be. I hope the writers go with Jack is being kind to Diane with the keep your enemies close routine. Using this ploy or tactic Jack hopes Diane will let her guard down and show she hasn’t changed and Jack’s no fool.
I don’t like Diane. So keep her away from Jack. She deserves what she caused to hurt people to come back and kick her in the butt.
Let’s get smart and tell Diane to take a permanent trip -she had her chance and wasn’t
smart enough to hold on to it , she’s up to something and it’s not going to be for the good
