The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Devon Hamilton’s Attachment
Y&R spoilers reveal that before Dominic was even created, Devon agreed that his role in the baby’s life would not be as a parent. Devon and Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) both signed papers indicating that they agreed and understood.
However, after the baby was born, Devon found himself very attached to the infant. That only increased when he took care of Dominic while Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) searched for Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd). Eventually, Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) helped Devon get shared custody of Dominic.

During the week of January 31, Abby noticed that Dominic seemed to not be breathing normally. Abby was also concerned about his pale complexion and the baby not waking up to eat. During the week of February 7, Abby and Chance will take the baby to the doctor. Physically, nothing seems to be wrong with Dominic. However, the doctor does order blood tests.

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that there is reason to believe that Devon might not be the father. Devon seems to be getting everything he wants right now. When a character feels on top of the world, that is usually a sign they are about to come crashing down.
Finding out Dominic is not his would definitely leave Devon devastated. It would also set up a new complication for Devon’s agreement with Chance and Abby. Would Devon give up the shared custody? Would he still insist on being a father figure to the baby? How would this change how Abby and Chance view the relationship?

Plus, if Devon isn’t the father, then who is? After all, this might be a genetic condition or Dominic could need a transplant that requires a genetic match. So, finding Dominic’s real father could mean the difference between life and death.
There is speculation that Dominic’s real father could be the same man who kidnapped a pregnant Mariah. Is it possible that Dr. Ben “Stitch” Rayburn (Sean Carrigan) could be the child’s dad? Stitch might have been involved in Abby’s surrogate story before Mariah even got pregnant. If so, how will Stitch be found so Dominic can be saved?

I would love for Dominic to NOT be Devons..he is creepy acting when it comes to that little baby…. Devons needs to step away and keep stepping if you want a baby get your lawyer lady knocked up….

I agree with luv2cya below. Devon needs to NOT be the real daddy and step back. As I have said before, surrogates do not get involved with the baby after birth. Do you see Kim Kardashian sharing her kids??!!!!!
The baby is not Stitch's and if he comes back, will go right to prison where he belongs.
I hope Devon gets a taste of his own medicine for been too greedy when it comes to baby Dominic telling the world, 'he's my son!' doesn't even look like him and hope the favor goes for Abby and Chance so they can go on with their lives drama free from Devon and his girlfriend Amanda.
I agreed, have always felt Devon should not have been surrogate…strangers should be… Stitch? OMG… that's even worse… will he want Abby back? What about Chance? No! Abby has to be bio mother, let's see what the Y & R writers come up with.
Abby is NOT the biological Mother Mariah carried the baby cause Abby couldn’t.
