The Young And The Restless Spoilers: End Of An Empire: Victor Newman Could REALLY Be On His Way Out

The Young and the Restless spoilers show that Ashland Locke’s (Robert Newman) investigation has a lot of unanswered qusetions. Everyone from Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd), to Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and even Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) know that there is more to the story and they are not about to back down in the face of adversity.

With so many questions being asked, and so much pressure on Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), we have to wonder if he will make it out of this investigation without being thrown in jail or seeing his empire crumble. We could very well be seeing the end of an era.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Victor Newman Too Overconfident In Himself

Victor has been the face of Genoa City for decades and constantly ends up getting his way no matter what and who it hurts. He has even thrown his own family under the bus to get what he wants, and rarely been questioned for his actions.

Now though, I may have acted a bit too quickly and without thinking the situation through. He was trying to control it without even knowing what had happened and it will end up biting him in the butt.

He ordered his men to go into that house to move the body of Ashland and stage an accident. However, if he would have just spoken to his children and heard what happened, there would nothing made of it except maybe the question of manslaughter or self defense. Instead, he’s thrust his family into a murder investigation without hesitation.

Y&R Spoilers – At The End Of His Run?

There is no question that star Eric Braeden has been at the end of his acting road for a while. From stories on set about him having to read his lines off queue cards to barely looking awake on screen, not only would it be time to end his character Victor, but it may be best if Braeden stepped away from the world as well.

It’s going to be a difficult transition for many fans to see such a beloved character leave, but it’s been several decades since he first began and with his character behaving so foolishly, it may be time to close it out on a high note.

What do you think? Will Eric Braeden really retire from the role of Victor Newman and how do you see Victor getting out of this mess? Let us know in the comments below.

No I don’t want Victor to leave. He is the show. It will be terrible if he leaves. Love Victor Newman.

Don’t send Victor to prison. I’d rather he did of a he as rt attack to knave the show than put him in jail. He’s an icon.

Don’t put Victor in prison. I’d rather see him die in a car accident or a heart attack to leave the show. He’s an icon and he has too much pride to be in jail.

It makes me sad to hear Eric Braeden has been struggling so on set. I had not noticed anything was up with him. But if Eric wants or needs to stop playing the role, then I could understand. Until that time however, I hope Eric is able to continue playing Victor. He is truly an icon as is Melody Thomas Scott.

I love Victor Newman but I think it’s time for the the actor retire and put a new face on Newman and let him pay for the actions he has done and it’s not fair just because you have power and money nobody is above the law and he should pay for what he did.

I figured this story line was so Victor could retire, better going to prison than dying on the soap!

I love Victor, but it is time for him to retire. I would rather see him go to prison than to die. But, I don’t see Victor going out the easy way. It will be. It will be the end of an era when Victor leaves.

Maybe it’s because I’m a nurse but Eric Braeden has looked I’ll for a few months. I can’t remember when I last saw him walk. I wonder if he’s in a wheelchair? Also lately his collars have been pulled up high on his neck and I wondered if he was in a back or neck brace. He does seem to be having a problem with his lines and his speech. I wonder if he is in pain.
