Fans Notice This Major Red Flag With Harrison
Because let’s face it: His real mom is in prison. He thinks his real mom is Summer, who has abandoned him and moved to Italy. He wants Claire to be his mom but she would rather be partying with Holden.
Life clearly can’t’ get any worse than that, right? And if that weren’t enough, his father Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) has his own issues that he’s still trying to figure out as an adult. After all, his own mother Diane was presumed to be dead while he was growing up!
You’d think that Kyle would do more to protect his son, but that hasn’t happened. Of course, the internet had a lot to say about the matter.

Some even commented with, “I’m confused why he has no contact with his mother. Tara was a white collar criminal not a murderer and she definitely has served enough time for her embezzlement scam. I guess they want her to disappear.”
What’s Really Going On With Harrison?
Another critic of the show wrote, “Aren’t everyone in Genoa City have mother or father issues or both?!?!? It’s fitting since Kyle has them as well as daddy issues lol.”
And then there was this comment as well: “His grandmother came back from the dead. The most significant Mother Figure in his life is the invisible Mrs. Martinez who Jack keeps chained up in the kitchen. Poor kid!”
Then again, Y&R fans will simply have to tune in each and every day to find out what will happen next.
