The Young and the Restless spoilers are in for Friday, August 21, 2026. In tomorrow’s episode, we can expect Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) to put a plan in motion to discredit Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson).

Plus, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) turns to Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) for help.

While I would love to see her find happiness, I do worry that she could end up another target.

As for what else to expect, Victor will put a plan in motion to discredit Billy. This probably includes Victor ordering Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) to publish a scathing story on Billy, making him sound completely crazy.

While humans like to think that facts matter, the truth is all that matters is rich people’s perspectives.

They control the narrative, and that’s all that really matters. Billy can be right all day long, but it won’t matter if Victor has anything to say about it! 

At the same time, Billy must be expecting it. The man is dancing all around GC celebrating something he hasn’t even been able to prove it.

You know what they say about counting your chickens before the eggs hatch.

Lily Winters’ Desperation

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Friday, August 21 reveal that Lily will be desperate to stop Billy from getting his slimy paws on Chancellor. The lady finally got the company after Victor held it over her head.

Lily doesn’t want to lose it now, and certainly not to Billy. Since he’s counting on the contact from John Abbott (Jerry Douglas), Lily will want to know what the truth is.

However, Jack might not have good news for her. I do, however, think it’s interesting that Lily and Jack are being thrown into the same orbit. It’s been a long time since they had a story together.

What Else to Expect

As for what else to expect, Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will have some big decisions to make after learning what Billy has been up to while she’s been gone.

Billy might try to explain things, but this could be the beginning of the end of this twisted romance.

Billy was warned he could lose everyone and everything, and we might actually see that happen, so stay tuned.
