The Young And The Restless Spoilers Friday, January 29: Elena & Devon Make Love – Mariah Agrees To Surrogacy – Kyle’s Got A Secret

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Friday, January 29, tease that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will be stuck at the Abbott mansion with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) as a result of the ice storm. Sally and Jack will enjoy dinner together and will talk in front of the fire as they get to know each other.

Sally will tell Jack that her parents were Carnies who abandoned her and her sister. Sally will say that her grandmother raised her, and that she followed in the footsteps of her great aunt Sally Spectra (Darlene Conley) into fashion. Jack and Sally will bond over both being abandoned, as Jack explains that his mother left the family when he was fourteen.

As Jack and Sally converse, Jack will mention Kyle Abbott’s (Michael Mealor) upbringing and how Kyle had some wild days in New York City with Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson). Sally will raise an eyebrow at that, tucking the information away in her back pocket. Ultimately, Sally will stay in one of the guest rooms upstairs, and Jack will seem to have had a great evening with Sally.

Y&R Spoilers – Victoria Newman Longs For The Past

Next on Y&R, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will hunker down during the storm at Victoria’s house. The kids will be playing upstairs, and Victoria and Billy will talk about how they got here. Billy will acknowledge having hurt Victoria a lot in the past, but Victoria won’t let Billy take all the blame.

Once the conversation turns to relationships, Billy will wonder when Victoria will start dating again. Victoria will seem disappointed by that question, and she’ll say that she’s pretty busy right now with work. Victoria will ask how serious Billy is with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil), and Billy will acknowledge that it isn’t casual dating. Victoria will again seem disappointed, and she’ll look sad when Billy heads upstairs to bed in the guest room.

Next on Y&R, over at the Chancellor mansion, Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) will show up in the ice storm to see Abby Newman-Abbott-Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) and Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz). Mariah will be looking for information about what it would entail to be Abby and Chance’s gestational carrier, and Abby will explain that the first step is a full medical workup.

Mariah will share that her biggest fear is that the procedure won’t work. Abby will share that she’s worried, too, but that she and Chance have to try. Abby will share just how much she and Chance want to have a baby, and Mariah will be truly touched at why Abby wants to have a family. It will be a truly touching exchange.

Y&R Spoilers – Mariah Copeland Says Yes

A bit later, Mariah will have a moment alone, and she’ll call Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) to let Tessa know that she’ll be staying the night at the Chancellor mansion. Tessa will offer her full support to Mariah if she wants to do this for Abby and Chance, and later, Mariah will tell Abby and Chance that she’s going to help them have a baby. Abby and Chance will be beyond happy.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Kyle Abbott Is Hiding Something From Summer Newman

Next on Y&R, Kyle and Summer Newman (Hunter King) will be stuck at Jabot during the ice storm playing cards and enjoying each other’s company. During their conversation, Kyle will ask Summer whether she really thinks that holding Sally’s past over her head is the best idea. Summer will be sure that she’s doing the right thing.

Summer will offhandedly say that at least everyone knows about all the stupid things that they’ve ever done and so no one can blackmail them over anything. Kyle will look unnerved by Summer’s comment…as if he’s clearly hiding something.

Y&R Spoilers – Devon Hamilton & Elena Dawson Rekindle Their Flame

Next on Y&R, Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) will be stuck at Devon Hamilton’s (Bryton James) penthouse for the evening due to the ice storm. Devon will want Elena to be honest with him about her affair with Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and what led up to it. Elena will say that she takes full responsibility for the affair, but that she was competing with Hilary Hamilton (Mishael Morgan) and her twin.

Elena will say that when she got together with Nate, she felt wanted and needed in a way that Devon hadn’t made her feel in a long time. Devon will admit to neglecting Elena, and he’ll regret it deeply. Devon will touch Elena’s face and kiss her, and then Devon and Elena will move to the couch where they’ll make love.
