In Genoa City Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) lays down the law with his son Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). Adam has always had a chip on his shoulder, as the illegitimate son of the Great Victor Newman. His mom was a blind farm owner who Victor stumbled upon during one of his sojourns away from town. Adam was the result of their affair and he has never been totally accepted by his other siblings, the ones raised under Victor’s roof.

Look for Victor to deliver his hot tempered son an ultimatum. Right now Adam is drunk on power, having been installed as head of Newman Enterprises in his sister Victoria Newman’s (Amelia Heinle) absence. Are his salad days about to become wilted lettuce?
