On Friday, July 12, fans might see Victor giving Adam an angle on how to work the Glissade factor with Newman Media.

Victor might claim it’s just business, but Adam will be able to see who his father’s intended target is, which is Jack.

Now, Adam’s own relationship with Victor is complicated. Jack has stepped in as kind of a father figure and friend to Adam when Victor failed him. Adam really respects Jack. So, if he thinks Victor is targeting Jack, he could try to warn him or even thwart the grenade.

Of course, it’s also possible that Adam’s mind will be preoccupied and he might not see what Victor is doing. Adam isn’t just focused on Connor Newman (Judah Mackey), but he’s keeping a big secret from Sally.

Plus, Adam can’t stop thinking back to his passion with Chelsea. This means Adam won’t be as mentally sharp as he usually is, and that might be exactly what Victor is counting on.
