The Young and the Restless spoilers for Friday, July 26, 2024 are in! Expect Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) to pull a stunt after Summer Newman’s (Allison Lanier) Paris bombshell.

Kyle will put Clarie Grace (Hayley Erin) in another tight spot. Meanwhile, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) stands firm when talking to Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson).

Y&R spoilers for Friday, July 26 reveal that Kyle will be reeling over Summer’s bombshell. Kyle planned on taking Claire and Harrison Abbott (Redding Munsell) to Paris with him. Of course, Kyle’s intentions were not pure.

Kyle is simply trying to get under Summer’s skin… and it’s working. Summer went to her lawyer to stop Kyle from taking Harrison to France.

Summer was told that she can’t stop him. The next thing we know, Summer is showing up at Kyle’s saying a different judge granted her petition.

Y&R Spoilers – Custody Chaos

Kyle went to meet with his own lawyer. What is interesting is that the lawyer mentioned he knows that particular judge. The lawyer also implied to Kyle that the judge who granted Summer’s order would never do that normally.

Right now, it seems Kyle and his lawyer are thinking that Summer bribed the judge. What I’m thinking is that Summer created her own document and forged a judge’s signature.

Summer probably thought that Kyle would just accept defeat and cancel the trip. It doesn’t appear that Kyle is going to let this go, though.

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Summer made it clear to Claire that Harrison isn’t going on this trip.

Claire even tried to add a tiny bit of guilt by mentioning how excited Harrison is about the trip. That didn’t go over so well with Summer, though. 

Moving forward, Kyle and Claire bring Harrison to Summer at the park to say goodbye. This puts Summer in the “bad parent” position. This forces Summer to have to disappoint Harrison by saying he can’t go on the trip.

This could have been told to Harrison in a way where it was nobody’s fault. Instead, Kyle and Summer are both using Harrison as a weapon. And it’s pretty disgusting.

The fact that Kyle brings Claire to the “goodbye meeting” must be the tough position mentioned in the spoilers. Kyle might not warn Claire or he could outright lie and claim Summer changed her mind.

Perhaps Kyle thinks that Summer won’t be able to say no to Harrison’s face. Even if Summer does let Harrison go in the end, Kyle and Claire will probably both be punished. 

In any case, this is going to make it look like Claire went along with Kyle’s plan. This will not only create more tension between Claire and Summer, but puts the nanny’s job at risk as well. 

Plus, Claire just went on a big speech about the trust in her and Kyle’s friendship. So, to be deceived and used like this could have Claire viewing Kyle as a mini-Jordan (Colleen Zenk).

On Friday’s episode, Lily will stand firm on something with Billy. It might be that Billy will  once again want to be sure that Lily is staying on board. However, Lily could once again be forced to make a tough choice when Victor’s plan is exposed.
