Diane Jenkins-Abbott’s Unfinished Business

Y&R spoilers for Friday, June 14 reveal that Diane will deal with unfinished business. Diane thought her life was perfect. Of course, Diane had to earn forgiveness and redemption after faking her death for decades ,leaving a little boy behind.

When Diane came back to Genoa City, nobody expected she would later marry Jack (again), have a relationship with her son and grandchild as well as a big position at Jabot.

However, Diane’s life began crashing down before Jack’s sacrificial relapse. Diane’s dynamic with Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) has been strained. Then, Harrison Abbott (Redding Munsell) was kidnapped.

While all that was going on, Jack thought nearly killing himself to “save” Nikki was a great idea. Jack didn’t think at all that night, including how much more trauma the family – especially Harrison – would have to go through if he didn’t survive.

Moving forward, Diane will confront Nikki. Diane will lay it all out on the line for Nikki. While Nikki appreciates Jack’s risk, she might not be aware of just how damaging his actions were that night.

Nikki and Diane have always been mortal enemies, but Nikki might realize that Jack’s life is falling apart because of his decision to save Nikki. 

Jack Abbott Punished

Speaking of Jack, he will get punished. On Friday, June 14, Victor will strike back at Jack. So, will Jack be able to tell right away that the problems with Jabot stem from Victor?

Or will it take a while before Jack realizes who is responsible? Could Diane or Kyle pay the price when Victor finally strikes?

Billy Abbott’s Charm

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Friday, June 14 reveal that Billy will put on the charm for Lily. With Billy charming Lily so much, it’s making me wonder if Jill Abbott’s (Jess Walton) health crisis is just a mind game. Billy is playing it pretty convincingly, but something just doesn’t feel right about this storyline.
