In the episode, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will meet with Neil Winters (Kristoff St. John). Victor will say that something about the last board meeting doesn’t feel right to him – specifically, it didn’t seem right that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) let the Matheson Deal go so easily. Victor will think that Jack is trying to pull something, and he’ll want things ready when he gives the word. Victor will ask Neil to tell Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) that she needs to stay in town.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Neil Winters Catches Jill Abbott Drinking In The Office
Next on Y&R, Neil will head to Jill’s office, where she’s looking at a picture of Billy Abbott (David Tom) and drinking from a glass. Jill will hastily hide the glass when Neil knocks on her door. Neil will relay his message from Victor, then he’ll ask if she’s been drinking, saying that he smells alcohol. Jill will deny it and get indignant, insisting that she had a business lunch. Neil will press the issue and Jill will get miffed and leave. Afterward, Neil will find the glass of booze.
Meanwhile, Jack and Grace Turner (Jennifer Gareis) will dine at the restaurant, and Jack will be impressed with Grace’s business suggestions. Grace will wonder where her career is going, and Jack will assure her that she’s backed the right man. Elsewhere in the restaurant, a jealous Diane Jenkins (Alex Donnelley), who is dining with “Marissa,” will see Jack and Grace together.
Diane will be afraid that all Jack wants from her is her vote on the Newman Enterprises board. Marissa will wonder if Jack is trying to get revenge on Diane for her marrying Victor. Diane’s phone will ring, and it will be Victor, who wants to see her.

Y&R Spoilers – Michael Baldwin Delivers News To Grace Turner
Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) will also be in the restaurant, and he’ll watch both Jack and Grace. When Jack steps away from the table, Michael will approach Grace and tell her that Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) has won the case and that Alice Johnson (Tamara Clatterbuck) gave up.
Jack will return to the table, and he’ll sense the tension between Grace and Michael, but Grace will brush it off as nothing. As Jack and Grace continue to talk, he’ll see Diane across the restaurant talking with Victor.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Victor Newman Approaches Diane Jenkins To Bury The Hatchet
Diane will hear from Victor that he wants to bury the hatchet and that he’d like them to see about becoming friends again. Diane will take this all in, then she’ll make a comment about thinking that another man is trying to use her. Diane will get up and walk away, while Victor mulls over her statement. Victor will think that Diane isn’t as taken in by Jack as she once was, and perhaps it’s time to put his plan into action.

Next on Y&R, Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) and Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck) will enjoy a lazy morning in bed, having breakfast, and talking about their fantasy vacations. Later, the housekeeper will bring some papers from the office, which Ashley will peruse as Cole showers. As she reads the papers, she’ll realize what Jack and Brad Carlton (Don Diamont) have done. Ashley will say that they’ve gone too far this time.
Y&R Spoilers – Cassie Johnson Makes An Emotional Plea To The Court
In court, the judge will be ready to rule in the custody case involving Cassie Johnson (Camryn Grimes). Things will look pretty bleak for Sharon and Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) case, but then the social worker will come in with Cassie. The social worker will say that Cassie insists on being heard.
The judge will call Cassie up to the bench, where Cassie will say that if she has to go to Madison to live with Alice, then she’ll go and she’ll try hard to be happy. But if she has any choice at all, then he wants to live with her mommy and Nick. The judge will ask if Cassie knows that there are problems with Sharon and Nick, and Cassie will say that she knows but she always knew that they loved each other.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Sharon Newman & Nick Newman Get Custody Of Cassie Johnson
The judge will excuse Cassie, and Cassie will be taken outside while the judge rules, giving custody of Cassie to Nick and Sharon. Nick and Sharon will be deemed foster parents while the social worker keeps tabs on them, and by the end of the six months, the judge will hope that Sharon and Nick have filed for adoption. Cassie will come in and learn that Sharon and Nick won the case.
Nick will say that it’s time to go celebrate, and he’ll want Paul Williams (Doug Davidson) and Christine Williams (Lauralee Bell) to join them, but Christine will say that this is a family time. Christine will say that she’s very tired and wants to go home and rest.
Later, Paul will regroup with Christine at home, but Christine will break down and start crying, saying that she is completely drained. Paul will be worried about Christine. Meanwhile, Nick, Cassie, and Sharon will arrive home to a decorated house. Nick will announce they are going to have ice cream and celebrate.
