Young and the Restless Spoilers Update: Paul Williams Wants Answers About Ian Ward’s Beating
Next on Y&R, Paul Williams (Doug Davidson) will find Ian Ward (Ray Wise) unconscious and beaten in an alley. Pauil will ask Ian to tell him who did this to him, and Ian will gasp for breath. Later, at Crimson Lights, an officer will tell Dylan McEvoy (Steve Burton) that Paul wants him to come to the station to discuss last night’s attack on Ian…because Ian is saying that Dylan attacked him.
Dylan will head to the police station and adamantly deny Ian’s story. Eventually, Ian will say that Dylan didn’t attack him, and that he just wanted to reconcile with his son. Paul will ask what happened, and Ian will say that it was simply a random act of violence. Soon, Leslie Michaelson Shelby (Angell Conwell) will arrive and Ian will clam up. Leslie will wonder what Ian’s endgame is, but Ian will be coy.
Nikki Newman Confronts Victor Newman On CBS Soap
Next on Y&R, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) will speak with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) at Newman Enterprises about his decision to cut off her finances. Victor will say that he’s trying to protect her from Ian, and that he knows Ian is after her money. Victor will say that he’ll take care of Nikki, but Nikki won’t want to live like a child.
Victor will think that his actions are keeping the family safe, and Nikki will balk, saying that he put the family’s well-being above all else, but he didn’t see the damage he was doing by hiring Mariah to gaslight Sharon. Soon, Dylan will arrive, and after Nikki leaves, Dylan will say that Ian was mugged. Victor will say that it wasn’t him, and Dylan won’t really buy it.
Finally on Friday’s encore episode of Y&R, Paul will encounter Nikki at the GCAC and tell her about Ian’s beating in the alley. Paul will fish for information from Nikki about Victor, but Nikki will tell Paul that he should accept Ian’s account of what happened.
