The Young And The Restless Spoilers Friday, November 20: Adam’s Committed – Chloe Gives Chelsea An Ultimatum – Elena Gives Nate Hope

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Friday, November 20, tease that in Genoa City, Wisconsin Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will fume as Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) stands in the penthouse and says that he’s insisting that Adam needs intensive therapy. Victor will produce a court order to commit Adam, and Adam will be horrified to see that Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) signed off on the order.

Meanwhile, Sharon (Sharon Case) will tell Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) about the court order at Crimson Lights. Sharon will reveal that Victor (Eric Braeden) told her about Adam’s plan to harm him and other family members. Soon, Sharon will receive confirmation that the court order was active, and she’ll rush off to Adam’s (Mark Grossman) penthouse to explain to Adam what’s going on.

Next on Y&R, Sharon will show up at the penthouse, where Adam has just realized that there are armed guards there to take him away. Sharon and Adam will speak alone, and Adam will beg Sharon to help him and keep him from going away. Sharon will insist that she can’t do that and that Adam will get the help he needs at the facility.

Rey will arrive and see Victor outside the penthouse. Victor will suggest that Rey leave, and Rey will go, while Adam gets more upset inside the penthouse. Eventually, Victor will walk back inside and say that it’s time for Adam to go. Adam will try to run out, but the guards will tackle him in the hallway. Sharon will be very upset.

Y&R Spoilers – Chelsea Lawson & Chloe Mitchell Reevaluate Their Friendship

Next on Y&R, at the Chancellor mansion, Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) and Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will try to find common ground, but Chloe won’t be able to accept the possibility that Chelsea may go back to Adam. Chloe will say that their friendship will be over if Chelsea goes back to Adam. Chelsea will think that she has to do what’s best for her family, and if she loses Chloe in the process, then so be it.

Chelsea will pack her bags to go stay at the Grand Phoenix, and Chloe will urge her to do what’s right for Connor Newman’s (Judah Mackey) sake. Chelsea will later show up at Adam’s penthouse to find Adam long gone.

Elena Dawson Struggles With Her Feelings Toward Nate Hastings

Next on Y&R, at Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) and Lola Rosales’ (Sasha Calle) apartment, Elena will have nightmares about Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) taking her back, but then Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) will show up in the nightmare and upend the reunion. Elena will talk with Lola about her dreams, and Lola will urge Elena to explore her true feelings for Nate.

Elena will leave for Crimson Lights, and Lola will text Nate. Later, Rey will show up to talk with Lola about the situation between Adam and Sharon. Rey will be concerned that Adam won’t forgive Sharon and that he’ll start treating her like an enemy.

Devon Hamilton & Nate Hastings Can’t Find Common Ground

Meanwhile, at Society, Devon and Nate will find each other at the bar. Devon will ask about how Nate’s hand is doing, but he’ll offer no apologies or remorse when Nate says that he may never perform surgery again. Nate really won’t want to talk about it, and the men will at least agree that apologies won’t change anything that happened. Ultimately, Devon will leave upset.

Adam Newman Can’t Escape From His Confines

Next on Y&R, Sharon and Rey will talk at Crimson Lights, with Sharon lamenting to Rey about how horrible the situation over at Adam’s penthouse was. At the mental health facility, Adam will find himself alone in a room, and he’ll be unable to leave of his own free will. Adam will find the door to the room locked, and he’ll yell, “Hello?”

Finally, on the patio, Elena will encounter Nate, who will say that Lola texted him saying that Elena needed a friend. Elena will say that she feels that she needs to explore things with him. Elena will say that if Nate were to ask her out, she wouldn’t say no.
