Y&R spoilers for Friday, September 1 reveal that Victor announced his decision for Newman Media. As the merger continues moving forward, Victor was struggling with who to select to run the company.

In the end, Victor didn’t choose Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case). Victor also didn’t choose Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). Victor announced that Nikki would be running Newman Media with Audra as her COO.

Sharon admitted to Victor that she wanted to pull out of the deal. Victor wouldn’t allow it, so Sharon is ready to go to court. Aside from that complication, Audra and Nikki will have quite an interesting dynamic moving forward.

On Friday, September 1, fans can expect Audra to continue thinking about everything that’s happened. Now, Audra was convinced that she was going to lose her job. So, it was quite a surprise when Victor approached and told Audra that he had big plans for her.

Back over with Nikki, she will have an order for Audra. It is teased that Audra could face some kind of moral dilemma with Nikki’s assignment.

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Friday, September 1 reveal that Jack and Ashley will reach a turning point in their relationship.

The siblings are in a vicious feud over their love lives and business betrayals. However, Diane Jenkins-Abbott (Susan Walters) just happened to save Ashley when she choked on a piece of fruit.

This could lead to Ashley and Jack finally burying the hatchet. Due to the family’s wealth, social standing and business success, they have enough enemies.

The family should stick together and stand united. So, maybe Jack and Ashley are finally going to act their age.
