The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Feeling Abandoned And Alone
Right now, Sally’s feeling pretty abandoned and alone, even though plenty of love has been offered-Nick Newman (Josh Morrow) tried to explain there wasn’t a choice. Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) had to choose between her life and their baby’s, who was named Ava posthumously. Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) also tried her best to explain there was no choice-it was Ava’s life or hers, and Ava’s lungs weren’t formed enough.
Sally understood the predicament Nick was in better after he explained what happened down in the sewers with Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby). But still, she felt the abandonment by both Nick and Adam and lashed out at Adam for choosing her.
Y & R Spoilers – Sally Spectra Feels She Let Her Baby Down
Sally and her sister Coco Spectra (Courtney Grosbeck) were abandoned by their parents, who were itinerant carnival workers and raised by their grandma Shirley. But Sally is in a world of pain and grief, going between blaming Adam and herself for losing the baby girl, even though it is neither’s fault. She’d gone into pre-eclampsia and then there was an oncoming placental abruption-which would have been fatal; both Sally and Ava could not have been saved, the placental abruption making it impossible. Sally only has the Newman brothers and Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) her business partner in Genoa City, she really needs her flesh and blood family to show up-especially Grandma. Coco is Sally’s younger sister, and Grandma Shirley is Sally and Coco’s parent figure so she needs her.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – She’s Pushing Both Newmans Away
Sally’s pushing both Newman brothers away at the time she’s so engulfed in devastating pain and loss-a parent, especially a mother would be so needed. But in Sally’s case her grandmother is the only mother she knows and the only person she might respond to-and her next of kin was not called. Someone needs to call Shirley so she knows to come, and possibly Coco might come as well.
Sally is in so much pain she couldn’t hold her baby and didn’t ask to-afraid she’d be disappointed in her. If Shirley is notified, most certainly she’ll come to Genoa City to help her granddaughter grieve and find answers if possible.
