Last week, viewers noticed Lola appeared to be feeling unwell. During a night at Society with Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks), Lola (Sasha Calle) went to fetch their dinner, and that’s when the young chef seemed to be looking weak.
Lola’s appearance has garnered suspicion about what’s wrong with her, and if her days are almost numbered.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Lola Rosales’s Liver Is Failing
Speculation among fans is that Lola will be suffering from some type of medical crisis. Immediately, everyone is thinking about her liver. After Lola was attacked and pushed into a pool by her sister-in-law Mia Rosales (Noemi Gonzalez), Lola was placed in a coma. Doctors then revealed she’d need a kidney to survive.
When Summer Newman (Hunter King) proved to be a match, Lola’s boyfriend at the time Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) pleaded with Summer to donate part of her liver. He even went as far as promising marriage if she went through with the procedure.
Lola got her transplant and eventually recovered. She and Kyle went on to marry, but their relationship came to an end when he realized he was still in love with Summer. But Kyle may soon be coming running back to Lola.

Fans are speculating that there’s a possibility Lola’s liver could be failing. With her needing another transplant, her friends are going to be lining up to help.
Also, her ex Kyle is going to be rushing by her side. Although the two are no longer married, Kyle still loves her and considers her a friend. He doesn’t want her going through this ordeal alone, and will do whatever it takes to help. However, his kindness towards Lola isn’t going to go over well with Summer.
Y&R Spoilers – Surprise Pregnancy?
Another rumor circulating around Lola is that she’s pregnant. Mariah (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa were talking about children and asked Lola if she wanted kids. Lola said not anytime soon because the restaurant was her baby. Shortly, afterwards she had an uncomfortable look on her face.

The talk about babies and Lola’s reaction could spell a pregnancy for the Rosales sister.
The big question is who is the father. Lola was in a brief relationship with Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) before he left town. Plus, there’s the possibility of her and Kyle having an offscreen hookup during his brief separation from Summer.
Aside from Theo and Kyle, the father could be another unseen Y&R character. Maybe possibly Noah Newman (Robert Atkinson) since he and Lola had an interaction at Society.
If Lola is pregnant, she’ll have a big decision to make. Although she said she’d love kids, now isn’t the right time.
Lola’s friend Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) and her husband Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz) want to have a family, but their hopes will be dashed by bad news. With Abby unable to have children, Lola could offer to let Abby and Chance adopt her child.
There are a lot of different ways Lola’s story could play out, but fans are curious to find out what’s going and what does it mean for Lola’s future.
