Sutton’s role in Naya’s life was dominant until recent months. It was Amanda’s turn against Sutton, after determining that he was lying about his involvement with Richard’s death, that helped Naya to see the past in a new light.
Imani’s tell to Amanda, about their mother potentially relocating to Genoa City, Wisconsin, was good news. It likely means that Storey and Rose will be seen more regularly on Y&R.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Amanda Sinclair Is Solid
Sutton never met anyone like Amanda. No one ever had the motivation she did to stand up to him and hold him accountable for his actions.
As the fans learned, another courtroom scene was not shown, with the audience learning about Sutton’s conviction through Amanda and Imani’s conversation at Society. If he is sentenced to prison, then some jailhouse scenes could be shown where Amanda and others speak to Sutton through a glass barrier.
However, it would be intriguing if long-term imprisonment does not happen. Sutton has nothing to lose at this point in his life and would have to determine if he wants to make amends or seek revenge against Richard’s daughter.
