The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Jack And Ashley Go To War– Tucker Will Play A Pivotal Role

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) will go to battle over Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters). It spills over a fight over Jabot power, with Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) turning Ashley against her brother so she’ll challenge her brother for the CEO chair.

Tucker has been working on Ashley for months. He thinks she should run Jabot and says he could help her take control. Previously, she blocked Tucker’s attempts to convince her to make a play for the CEO chair. She thinks Jack is doing a great job, and she’s okay with not being in charge.

The Young And The Restless – Jack Abbott’s Support Of Diane Jenkins Is A Sore Spot

Jack was Diane’s only support system for a while. After Jack supported Diane, Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) soon followed. Ashley didn’t understand how the family could forget all the schemes Diane committed, including faking her death and framing Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) for murder.

Y&R spoilers state that Ashley drew the line with Jack when he demanded that she stop harassing Diane. He doesn’t want her to work with Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and Nikki to look up dirt on Diane. He thinks it’s asking for trouble, worrying about Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) hurting his ex.

Ashley refuses to back down. She doesn’t want Diane around the Abbots and believes she is hiding something. She doesn’t buy her story, and Ashley wants to get to the bottom of it. Jack wants her to let it go. It’s both becoming a sore spot for them and could cause an Abbott family war.

Before Tucker came along, Ashley had no idea she wanted the Jabot CEO chair. She was happy with her life. But Tucker pointed out that she’s playing second to Jack. Tucker thinks she would be a great leader, but Jack would never allow her to get a taste of power.

Tucker’s objective is to create tension between the siblings. He wants to take over Jabot and put Ashley at the head of the company. He’s working at building a relationship with her so that she will approve of his hostile takeover.

So far, Tucker’s plan is working. The Abbott war will tear the family apart if Jack and Ashley can bury the hatchet. Let’s hope Ashley wakes up, sees Tucker’s motive, and stops obsessing over Diane’s every move.
