The Young And The Restless spoilers reveal that Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) has been covering up the fact that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) is her AA sponsor.

However, Jack has stepped up and is even trying to find Nikki a new replacement for Audra Charles (Zulekya Silver) now that Nikki has fired her. Will Jack get the blame if Aunt Jordan (Colleen Zink) gets hired for the job?

The Young and The Restless spoilers indicate that Nikki abruptly fired Audra as her COO because she felt Audra was getting too close to her situation.

If the truth be told, Nikki was afraid Audra might tell someone about her drinking and she wanted her gone before that happened. Unfortunately, Nikki has no backup working with her on this.

With Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) out of the office, Nikki doesn’t have anyone to work with her. Of course, Jack has recommended someone to work with Nikki but he is waiting on the final approval for this person.

However, one could easily see this person getting tied up with another job and needing to be replaced by someone else.

Jordan has already managed to sneak into Claire Grace’s (Hayley Erin) mental ward and take her out of the place without notice. Jordan almost managed to kill both Nikki and Claire as well.

However, Nikki left a clue so that someone would find her and save her and Claire as well. But what if Jordan manages to get a job at Newman Media?

Jordan has already proven that she can whip up a disguise and use one if needed. Jordan wasn’t recognized by any of the employees when she took Claire.

Could Jordan find another disguise and get herself hired at Newman? Does Jordan have another plan to try and kill Nikki and Claire again if she has escaped?

Since Jack is secretly helping Nikki it makes perfect sense that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) would blame Jack if Jordan ends up with this job. After all, Jack doesn’t know Jordan.

Jack has no way of knowing if Jordan has taken over for someone else. Jordan could slip past these people very easily and end up on Nikki’s doorstep.

Has Nikki put herself in danger by trusting Jack to find her an assistant? Should Nikki have kept Audra on until she found a suitable replacement?

Did Nikki simply act too hastily by firing Audra when all she was doing was trying to help Nikki handle her drinking problem without upsetting the balance of the office team?
