The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers tease that the Newman and Abbott families have been at each other’s throats for a long time now in Genoa City, Wisconsin. There is hope for the future however as two members of the latest generation are getting along very well, Allie Nguyen (Kelsey Wang) and Noah Newman (Rory Gibson).

But could it be that these two lovebirds are soon at war as well? Noah has been warning Allie nine ways to Sunday that their families are like the Midwest version of the Hatfields and McCoys. It could be that he will soon be proven right, if a tempting business offer is taken!

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Jack Abbott Is Kelsey’s Grandfather

Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) is the one offering, and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) is the recipient. Adam is again playing Family Feud with his father Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and his siblings Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle).

Once again he is on the outside looking in as his brother and sister run things at Newman Enterprises. But he won’t be out of the game for long if he accepts Jack’s offer to come and work at Jabot.

According to Grossman, “It’s a situation where he’s like here we are again and he’s getting the short end of the stick.” He told SOD that poor Adam is exhausted from all the emotional warfare. Of course Adam can give as good as he gets but perhaps the black sheep has finally had his fill of bad treatment as a second class citizen among the Newman fam?

When Jack sees the forlorn man he tries to give him a pep talk to no avail. Adam goes on to tell him that he has lost his GF Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope). Then Jack shocks Adam by suggesting he work at Jabot. “This would definitely give the middle finger to his family and p*** Victor,” said Grossman.

What will Adam do next? Does he need time to stew in his juices and consider the incredible offer to work for the enemy? Or will Adam immediately accept the offer, motivated by his bruised ego and hurt feelings?
