The Young and the Restless spoilers document that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) believes taking Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) to the cabin is a great idea. He wants to help her decompress after Jeremy Stark (James Hyde) was released from prison and returned to Genoa City, Wisconsin, to torture them again.
Fans see the foolishness of Jack’s not well-conceived plan. The Young and the Restless spoilers show Jeremy has eyes on Diane, as Jack knows. So, Bergman’s character wants to isolate them at the Abbott cabin?
Unless Jack has a swarm of personal security team members surrounding the family getaway, he and Diane will become sitting ducks.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Jack Abbott In Danger As Well
Diane will not be the only duck sitting on a soapy pond waiting for Jeremy to arrive. Jack will be there as well. If he does not remain fully alert or can not fend off Jeremy, Diane could be kidnapped and held hostage.
Jack has fallen so far down the rabbit hole that he can not see Diane’s drama is never-ending. Jeremy’s return and desire for revenge were exacerbated by what they did to him in Chicago, Illinois.
Jeremy apparently does not know that Jack committed the frame. However, he did so to defend Diane. She remains Jeremy’s main problem.
Y&R Spoilers – Diane Jenkins Can Not Escape The Past
Diane knew that revealing she faked her murder would naturally stir emotions. Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) was her top concern.
Her son harbors feelings of abandonment that go back to when she left Genoa City, Wisconsin, and began a new life in Los Angeles, California. Her assumed persona, Taylor Jensen, met Jeremy, who used her as part of his money laundering operation that eventually resulted in his arrest.
Diane has not admitted to aiding the authorities to secure Jeremy’s incarceration. But he knows she did that and has an arguably worse betrayal in the grand larceny scheme Jack pulled off for her.
The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Jeremy Stark Not Thinking Rationally
Diane is a main character. Walters was re-hired to reprise the role she left, which was assumed by Maura West (Diane) when the murder storyline played out. Jeremy is not. That could mean his shelf-life is thin.
Jack may recognize that Jeremy’s unhinged state of mind leaves him open. Jack and Diane are hoping Jeremy makes another mistake, or they can lure him into committing a crime he becomes guilty of committing. But even if that happens, mega drama will likely be part of Jeremy’s anticipated end on Y&R.
